Daniel Harris

Daniel is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who uses technical skills combined with a thorough but pragmatic approach to contracting to help clients achieve their commercial goals in a cohesive, timely and effective manner.

Daniel has particular expertise in:

He has acted for a range of private and public (listed and unlisted) companies, government agencies, financial institutions and not-for-profits and uses his significant prior experience as a corporate banking and finance lawyer to ensure material risks can be identified and clearly allocated between parties.

Daniel also contributes to environmental legal initiatives, including The Chancery Lane Project, on a pro bono basis.
