Kate Lyttle

Kate is an experienced property, projects and infrastructure lawyer, with an emphasis on complex projects and transactions. She is well regarded for her diligent and commercial approach and for her ability to draft bespoke contractual arrangements.

Kate has particular expertise in:

  • Property development and infrastructure 
  • Defence development 
  • Construction 
  • Government projects

Kate advises both government and the private sector in relation to the delivery of projects across a diverse range of industries, including defence, aged care and health.

She has extensive hands-on commercial experience, having spent a significant amount of time in-house on secondment with major institutional clients in the higher education, transport and industrial sectors.

Kate is a member of the Property Council of Australia and sits on the Council’s South Australian Industrial and Logistics Committee. Kate also sits on the Corporations Law Committee (SA Branch) of the Law Council of Australia. She is a member of the Pulteney Grammar School Board of Governors and sits on its Finance and Risk Committee and Strategic Capital Works Committee.
